Pépettes, have you said Pépettes ?
The festival currency is the Pépette.
1 Pépette = €1.
The cashless card will be the only way to pay for your purchases at LaSemo’s bars and food-trucks.
Payment at the Creators and Producers Market will not accept Pépettes.
IN PRACTICE
ARRIVING
First thing to do: pick up a cashless card at Chalet-Pépette (see map).
You’ll then have the choice of loading it on your mobile via the Payconiq by Bancontact app, or at chalets (cash or CB) and top-up terminals (CB payment only).
Please note that the card’s unique code is essential for reimbursing the card or transferring it in the event of loss or theft. Remember to photograph your card or create an account (via the form below).
This makes it possible to :
- Pre-load your account and check your balance throughout the event
- Secure your balance in the event of loss or theft by blocking your cashless card
- Easily request a refund of your remaining balance at the end of the festival.
ON-SITE
The cashless system has been set up to facilitate the processing of purchases and to streamline queues at both bars and food and beverage trucks.
We strive to provide the most efficient and cost-effective service possible, offering an advantage when purchasing Pépettes before the festival.
Your card will serve as an electronic purse to pay for drinks and food (food and drink) at LaSemo.
It is very easy to load:
- via thePayconiq app by scanning the card’s QR code;
- at chalets-Pépettes or at the recharging installed at the event (recharge by credit card or in cash).
To pay for your orders, simply swipe your cashless card at the payment terminal. Each time you make a transaction, you’ll be notified of the new balance.
Several cards can be used to pay for the same order.
The one-off card activation fee is 1 Pépette, deducted from the balance when the first order is placed.

REMAINING BALANCE
If you haven’t used up all your credit during the festival, you can request a refund of the balance online, from the account you’ve created.
PLEASE NOTE: Pépettes purchased in advance are non-refundable.
Enter your cashless card number and bank details, and the balance will be credited to your bank account within a few days.
A small fee will be deducted to cover reimbursement costs.
The refund procedure will be active after the festival, between July 17 and August 19, 2024 inclusive. It will no longer be possible to request a refund after this date.
Unclaimed amounts will be considered as donations to LaSemo asbl. It will reinvest the corresponding sums in the 2025 edition of the festival, ensuring that the objectives of accessibility, mobility and quality of the cultural offering are met.
